Indeed skyblue1, probiotics is an excellent suggestion indeed. Are your symptoms more reactive to acidic/spice types of food such as tomato, or rather thick coating foods such as bananas?

At the moment - everything. 

Alcohol, wheat, milk, stress, spicy foods, and acidic foods can set it off.  It usually takes a combination of those things.

I will just have to cook for you.

First meal: sliced avocado, carrot juice, and dal soup with a parsley leaf on top.

Gentle, simple, low on acid, low on coating, cleansing, and high in protein and vitamins.

Snack: Raw almonds.
