Spent almost an hour trying to fix a Swedish pneumatic stapler only to find out it needs new rings which are not that easy to get

Three months out now and I am skipping the cane as often as I can. I am fighting my way back to being the man I was before this second surgery.

My surgeon is amazed at how quickly I have mustered through this latest  ...

Honestly, every time I move it hurts, like twenty times worse than the worst bad beating I have had, but I have learned from my first surgery, that I will never win, until I just suck it up an take the pain, then push myself to all I know I am capable of withstanding.



Each morning is a nightmare of intensely brutal pain, but each night of rest and rejuve is pure paradise.

Looking forward to finishing a few projects.  Construction projects are a great way of feeling healed. I have a few sound system projects in the works, as is my passion.


It is one day at a time, Pal.

Two nightmare days in a row and I am seventy two hours since my last pain med. :pirate:

I am able to maintain fairly well. Yeah, everything hurts like a sandy ass fuck if I move, but I am pushing through as best as I can. I am going to make it through this.

Think I have it narrowed down to the water level switch, it failed the ohm test, found one for under $6 online....but it won't be here until Wed. :P

At least it didn't keep overflowing like mine did when the water level line was blocked and the water level switch thought there was no water in the machine.  One day I'll be brave enough to tackle something electrical.  PA and I re-wired a lamp a few years ago.  It only took us 2 or 3 hours because we weren't sure if it was still safe even though it was unplugged and 5 feet from the nearest outlet (horror stories of electrocution as children.)  Heaven knows what we did, but it was foolish.
