Jeeh, these antibiotics (amoxicillin/clavulane) I take make feel very tired. Plus, you don't want to know, I know, but they give me diarrhoea and some minor skin problems as well.

Um, I'm that type of chap that is very skeptic towards medicine in general (side-effects/supposed treatment can be quite worse than the ailment itself/other shite) but ja, not taking them in this situation would've been plain stupid, I'm sure.

I hate antibiotics, for the same reason, and I get candida outbursts too. My SIL always takes probiotics with antibiotics. She says it helps preventing those nasty side-effects.

Well, I'm not stupid (um, okay, I am/¼).. but I made meself some 'probiotica' broth already. Eat extra fruit and 'up-ed' the intake of e.g. the Alliaceae family. Cold water with the juice of half a lemon through it.. that sort of actions.

Shitty thing with diarrhoea (:o/ :laugh:) one tends to 'lose' those vital components present in the food too fast. It even isn't helpful for the effect or usefulness of said antibiotics. (um, that's a lousy sentence)

Oh well.. luctor et emergo, I'm sure.
