Thanks Bruce

Looked into a lot. And, m not ready to give up life yet. :P So, had a lot of spices yesterday, this is the result.

Apparently there are a few who have more knowledge about treating this in the US. But, this is what the rest of the world has to offer.

Luckily it flares up, and down. I am now hoping for a moment where it will settle down for a while again.

tbh, I know nothing about your condition, so I don't know what treatments would be available in England, probably about the same as you have there? Depends if you want to talk about it or not?
