Mine is still recovering from a mono clone she got in September. Where as mono only has cost her a few weeks, apparently.

I remember the girls at school getting it in the late 1960's.  The first time I'd heard of it.  Since I wasn't dating or sharing items I never got it.  Hope he gets well soon and  :hug: to you.

And then there is all these people asking how you got it, and who you had been kissing. Where as most people just get it, without any sharing of items or snogging. I was a prude, and almost a full blown germaphobe, the year I got glandular fever/mono/pfeiffer. Took me quite some time to leave that virus completely behind me.

Lots of people get it when they are toddlers btw. And then are immune for it afterwards. And, most toddlers are barely sick, when they have it.

He started running a fever Tues morn, after visiting his "new" girlfriend Sun. Had him checked out Thur morning and they said it was just a virus, rash started last night and I just knew.

After running him through 3 hrs of tests at two different hospitals, (the first Dr. thought he had hepatitis after hearing that he was a former preemie and had us go to another hospital :facepalm2: ), they finally confirmed what I said at the start.

Poor kid's miserable, I keep telling him teenage girls are dangerous. He still doesn't believe me though. 8)

Still can't work out the Full Scale IQ score for my subject in my assignment. I am pretty sure I am missing something simple somewhere and currently feel very stupid.
