When leaving one of the grocery stores I thoughtlessly picked up an 8 pound ham and 10 pounds of chicken, one in each hand, to put in the car.  I strained my neck and now I'm reminding myself I'm no spring chicken, more like a old turkey with a wrung neck.

My left nipple is sore; I can feel a little bump in the areola that's tender to the touch and 3-4mm across.  I just squeezed the area and stuff that looked like pus came out of a couple of the areolar glands, but I can still feel the bump.  Kind of unlikely that it's breast cancer, given that I'm a guy and there's no history of any cancer at all in the family, but I'll keep an eye on it.

I prefer to let my immune system deal with things when possible, and going to the doctor is stressful and a bit of a pain in the ass.  I'll see the doctor if it grows or if there's some other change in it besides it shrinking and going away.
