Shelled some pecans just now.  Now have pecan shells in my bra.  Definitely not comfortable.

Not at all. It is anonymous which of course means (not that I ever really had anything to do with the neighbours) but i will go out of my way not to have any contact with any of them.

I went sort of the other way with my neighbors as least as far as waving and speaking to them in passing.  I wanted them to get to know us and our daughter at least a little and realize that she has some issues so that when they hear her yell at us or wail when she is sent to her room, they don't call the cops.

I lean toward borderline, but I just don't know anymore...Maybe I have a combination or all three.

I am a bit confused. If it was hypomania, then it was the first nice one I have had, where I felt properly positive. A lot different to the mixed episode I am pretty sure I have had.

But it is difficult with all these diagnoses to be sure what we actually have. Some say to treat the symptoms and not to worry about the labels but I like labels for myself as they give certainty.

Maybe it's vented into the duct work and out of the building.
