When it rains here, I hang the clothes I need to hang dry on plastic hangers and hang them up over the doorways inside, but I don't know how many clothes you need to dry.

What do they have there to fix this stuff as far as ladders and lifts go.  Another idea to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it is if you have a good zoom camera.  I use mine to figure out how to handle things without having to go up and look on a ladder, mine zooms to 36X
