I don't like it either. I only used it back then.

Fucking spiders everywhere. I get itchy thinking about it.
Existence actually has two broad meanings despite its apparent meaningless. The constant reconciliation of all its parts, and the conservation of any closed system as a whole.

Morality can be extrapolated from these meanings to make these two commandments of godless morality: 1). Be in harmony with one another and 2). Care for the environment.

I have a splinter in my finger that I have been unable to remove.

Maybe this?

A Miraculous Way to Remove a Splinter

You will need:

•about a teaspoon of Vicks' Vapour Rub
•1 large plaster
Method:

•clean the dry the area of skin around the splinter
•apply the Vicks' Vapour Rub to the splinter's area
•stick the plaster over the area - you may need to bandage the plaster on - it is very important that the plaster does not come off
•leave for a few hours or overnight
•remove the plaster carefully - the splinter will have worked its way out and be on the plaster
•dispose of the plaster carefully

I was just invited to a New Years Eve party. I like the people that are having it  but don't want to be around that many people and noise.  :thumbdn:

It's certainly worth a try.  Do you think that "plaster" means Band-Aid?

It's a fiberglass splinter that I got from a splintering tent pole.  I got most of it out, but there's this little stubborn piece that I can move with the point of the needle, but I can't grasp with tweezers and it's deep enough that it bleeds when I try.

Plaster in that case does indeed mean Band-Aid.

I have a splinter in my finger that I have been unable to remove.

It might work its way out months later, that happened to me one time!  :orly:
