Not any trouble with the uppers, but scary arthritic knees and ankles today.
Everything clicks several times with each step and I feel I can not depend upon my foundation and connection to where I stand.

False spring happening now. Warmish weather is all over the place with temperatures, humidity, and pressures fluctuating constantly.

I just have to move it and try and straighten my elbow. Easier said than done. Woke up a number of times in the night with sharp pain from moving in ways that my arm didn't like.
