Allegedly these buyers are just nooblets. Their conveyancer has convinced them to get a strata record inspection now, so this could drag on for another week yet :facepalm2:. For the price I'm letting them have it they're really not worth that much patience.
In the meantime I'm happily letting the agent entertain other potentials.

-1 from the happy today. The guy agent gave the buyers a second walkthrough at lunchtime. I went into my room for the first time this evening since getting home and found my underwear drawers open  :O_o:
