I've heard that Kias are underrated cars. I wouldn't mind a Honda Civic. VWs are also cars I'm thinking about because my aunty has had one for ages and it's really reliable. I wouldn't mind a Mazda 3 but they're probably heaps different to drive than my old Astina.

I certainly wouldn't buy a car as big as yours! Which reminds, me, I saw one parked in the city the other day.

Not a bitch, but a plug for my car.  It's a 2003 Toyota Matrix with about 145,000 miles on it.  We've only put in about $500 in repairs and the usual in maintenance.  I plan to keep it until I can't drive anymore, which may be sooner than I would like.  My driving skills and confidence have declined a bit. I'll probably have to decide within 2 to 3 years to give up driving.

The problem with the pandemic and the lockdown is that every day feels about the same. There are no particular highlights but nor are there any real lows. It's just a kind of an endless wait for... something. Not sure what.

Pulled my back with the tiniest cough the other morning, after having dug up half a flowerbed without a twinge. Now I have time to dig up the other half but I'm not sure I'm going to be able to do it.
