I'm not sure that anything can be done about it apart from anti-inflammatories (sp). They make my stomach angry.
When I had that they eventually drained the joint of fluid, which helped. I'd tried pretty much everything up to that point.
It's a strange affliction indeed. I have a bad habit of clenching my jaw so that hasn't helped. I wonder why one side and not the other? And what caused it?

It has eased a bit. Avoiding hard foods for now.

You should see a specialist. They can help.

For me, the main cause was probably a combination of the psoriatic arthritis and me clenching my jaw.

My jaw is feeling a lot better now. I only get pain if I clench it which discourages me from doing it. Hard habit to break though.

My quick bitch though is that Kayleigh banished me from the lounge room because she wants to post something on Twitter that's shared with only certain people. Like who am I going to tell it to? Maybe people here? Nah, I wouldn't be bothered.

There is a lady who comes into the house to check its value (no they're not moving.... just trying to get an interest rate for the mortgage).

My room is the key point... especially when the powerbox is in there -__-
