They say the short hair will trigger your allergies more than the long hair. I've got one long hair, one mix, and the youngest is short hair...can't say I've noticed a difference though in how much I sneeze after being mauled by all three during the day. It feels about the same. :laugh:

I will say the first few months after #3 were hard. My allergies and asthma were definitely flared up for awhile, but eventually it did get better.  :heart:

He's affected Kayleigh and I the same way - our asthma is acting up and we have really itchy eyes. But no sniffing and sneezing which I'm really glad about.

I never knew that about short haired kitties.
