Back on facebook after a 7 day account restriction... again, not for anything actually bad, just calling out stupid people for what they are. Puts me off using the site, to be honest. I'm all for moderation, but at least do it for actual hateful content, for fuck sake.  :wanker:

I get diagnosed with arthropathy of the facet joints in my lower spine from a CT scan and what happens a week later? I get lower back pain that I've never had before. It makes it hard to sleep especially. I was waking up every hour last night.

I bought two large framed prints at the op shop last week, but I really should have sanded the frames before painting the first one. Now the paint isn't sticking to the surface :facepalm2:

I don't know. Good thing was that all my discs are fine. And my back is hurting less today. A culprit could be Depo Provera since it leaches calcium. I've been taking Caltrate for years though.
