I'm so angry at myself because yesterday I went to volunteer at the Salvos and straight after that I had my cleaning job. And I had to do it all without having taken my morning meds or my dex. Completely forgotten. I was so close to melting down a couple of times, not to mention dizzy and exhausted.

It was a really bad day, I hardly spoke to anyone and I hope to never forget my meds again.
