Doing photography with others is always better than doing it on your own. Emma isn't really into it as much as I am, so she rarely joins me.

Photography clubs rarely do outdoor stuff, it's mainly meetings/competition stuff along with workshops. I used to do workshops for the local photography club before I moved over, mainly on photoshop tricks among other things.

When I was a kid while having dinner one night my mom said she heard something behind the wall above a window in the dining room, my dad said she was hearing things and to prove her wrong got a pry bar and pulled off the trim above the window while we were still eating sending thousands of carpenter ants everywhere. :zombiefuck:  I fucking hate ants

The dirt cleaned up well. Could only see some active ants towards the front of the garage.
I might be able to simply do a dodgy and cover it up but I'll watch over the next week or so to see if any more dirt appears.
It doesn't help that the neighbour probably has crap piled up against the wall on the other side, so it's probably his fault.

It's race day down in Indianapolis and there will not be any crowds in attendance.   :lol1:

One of my gun nut buddies who lives near the track posted a pic on the Indy gun owners site showing the massive gathering of people outside tailgating since before sun up.
No spectators are aloud into the track, so the plan for some is to just be as close as they can. This 2 and 1/2 mile oval track is surrounded by parking areas and it appears to be filling up with dedicated race fans. :thumbup:

God fear 'em!!

A large problem is that  "Teh Powah"  that set this in motion does not have a logistics plan for this.
Where do people put their trash and where do they pee?
This might be as bad as the riots last month for a massive clean up afterward.

I also have them under a front windowsill.
I've already tried ant sand, ant rid and various sprays to no avail. I might ring the termite inspector guy if all else fails.

Anyway, now after washing the walls a big patch of repaired plasterboard on the garage's back wall has revealed itself. I don't understand how I never noticed it before. I just thought I had grease stains there and I tried to wash it off :dunno:
