Similarly, I overdid it a bit yesterday as well.
No definable troubles like "rake elbow"  or  "shovel back"  or barely movable monster hands. Just a frequent sense of "when did I use THAT muscle so much?"  type of discomfort.

Beijing went 50 days with no new cases and now they've been hit with a second wave. Everyone who tested positive were asymptomatic. This does not bode well for the rest of us, especially the countries that are not taking it as seriously as they should.

I really do not want to become a card carrying "Second Waver,"  but if we are looking as scientifically as possible (given, well, you know) at what China has been through while re-assessing or implementing our next set of Covid-19  "plans"  maybe we should watch even more closely.

Not so much to be so damning or even judgey of them, but to offer some help and cooperation.

Take this already painfully overmouthed  "We are all in this together"  Bullshit seriously.

Every infectious disease specialist I've heard has said a second wave is inevitable but if countries take it seriously it can be somewhat controlled. But if it's not taken seriously it could be absolutely disastrous. The second wave of the Spanish Flu killed more people than the first.
