Another letter arrived from Amber's ex-boyfriend.  This time I refused it and wrote such on it, with the words return to sender, we wish no contact with this person.  It was addressed to me and I have no desire to read his latest BS.  Enough is enough.

two quick bitches:
  • still feeling crappy and dropping off to sleep all the time, since having to fast on wednesday night/thursday morning. that was predictable, though
  • latest windows update has screwed up my desktop. icons all gone,  and minimise button has vanished from apps like firegox. plus other changes; head too messed up by the fast to even figure out what's changed, let alone adapt. it's as if freaking microsoft amputated one of my limbs in my sleep   :grrr:
