Ah yes, Nutella.

I had a friend who gave me some homemade nutella...at first, because I was expecting it to be like Nutella, I did not like it. But I didn't give up and put it on toast...then it wore on me and eventually I was eating it plain. Still, not as addicting as the actual Nutella....

I hope you enjoy it in creative ways!

My neighbour sent me an email asking if he can park in front of my garage all the time so his car is off the street o_O
My car is out on the street at the moment since my garage is filled with my loungeroom furniture (getting new flooring laid, not that I've picked what I want yet). So he thinks that since I'm not using my garage for the car, that him parking in front of it will be of no inconvenience to me.
He seems to think this is a permanent situation and that I will keep my car out on the street indefinitely. My Car! Of all cars! Exposed to the elements, potential drunken vandals, people doing uncontrolled skiddies around the corner!!
Still trying to think of a way to respond to him. Watch him get shirty when I say No.

If parking on the common driveway in front of my garage was allowed I'd already be parking there! ::)
Unless he thinks I would say yes to some friendly neighbourly favour that he's done nothing to deserve?
Then everybody else will see it and assume it's ok for them to park all over the driveway too.
Then somebody will have a heart attack but the ambo can't respond in time because the fucking driveway is blocked!!

^ That last sentence - good point that I bet a lot of people don't think of. You have an awesome car that I know if you could, you'd park it in your garage.

Still have a nasty cough. Kayleigh is telling me to go to the doctor. Knowing my luck, by the time I get in, my cough will be gone. I'm being diligent with my asthma meds and taking Ventolin too. I might go to the chemist tomorrow for some kind of cough syrup.

I hate seeing old people getting ripped off by real estate agents.
The man that cleans for the other office changed agents because his place wasn't selling with the other one, and now they've priced it woefully and tried to convince him people will offer over it.
He has no mortgage and won't be able to afford to buy elsewhere at the price he'll sell for.
At least that's one agent I won't buy or sell through.

My son once painted the back of an old velour sofa with Nutella, one of the ones with the flower patterns like a grandma would have. He was 3 years old at the time. We didn't discover it until well after it had set. You can probably imagine what it was like.

He (my son) keeps getting taller but not gaining weight. He is a very fussy eater. I just remembered how much he likes banana and nutella jaffles (toasted sandwiches made in a press).

Tinned spaghetti is great as a jaffle. So is braised steak and onions (also in a tin). I'll suggest bananas and Nutella to Kayleigh as she eats both.

He'd rather not eat than eat something that doesn't appeal to him. Very atypical for a 14-year-old boy.

Very smokey outside again. It settles down in the lower airspaces as it intertwines with the nightly mist.
It will be like this for another week yet IMO. Sure hope it doesn't turn into one of them underground peat fires that go on for months.
