Friend of mine picked up two mini buses a few years back from a personal care home. High miles, but well maintained and for a dirt cheap bid. He gutted the seats, re-sold them, tinted out the side windows, then ran one and kept one for parts.

Had a plumber look at the leak in my bathroom faucet. Seems the fixtures are from the 50's so they don't make new cartridges for them, and they can't be replaced reasonably because the spacing of the holes in the sink is too wide, and the sink can't be replaced easily because they don't make them in 21"x22" anymore, so I'm looking at replacing the whole cabinet.

I'd love to think of it as a design opportunity, but I wasn't ready to tear this bathroom apart yet.

I wanted to start work on making some ammonium formate and setting up for vacuum distillation to strip the water, but I'd' need one more claisen head  than  I have, and I'm running out of flasks, got two that aren't doing something. But I  need to wait for the dichloromethane to fully distill off the P2P that is beeing prepared.

While taking the still used for stripping  the  P2P, water from the hot water bath escaped, fell and must have gotten inside because I just got fucking shocked. the entire thing was electrified, and I grabbed the lock nut to loosen the clampp holdig part of the still in place, and the fucking thing just zappped me with an electric shock..

You'll be ok? Electric shocks are nasty. I know that if it weren't for trip switches, I'd be dead.
