Neighbour two houses away is having one of her shouting phonecalls again. She's inside, probably with all her windows closed. She is such a loud talker.

Its 1:30am and my next door neighbour is playing a loud bass-y video game. Although I'm a night owl by default I can't really head up to bed until they turn their shit off. My bedroom is diagonally above their garage/makeshift entertainment room where the noise is blasting from.

I'm considering sneaking out and banging on their roller door, but I'm undecided on how intensely aggro I should do so. Should it just be a knock or should I get the sledgehammer?

I can send the Royal Bagpipers over to serenade the neighbors.

Laying flat on your back, pulled up legs, feet on the floor not too far from your buttocks as a starting position. Then slowly making your knees "fall" alternately to left and right can help stretch the muscles of the lower back.

  The knee brace did not help at work.  Not sure whether the problem at work is my shoes or the
   concrete floor, but for the first half of the day, my knee was unstable and my hip really hurt.  I also had
   pains in my left leg like shin splints.  Limped through the day, finally got comfortable-ish by evening.

  My GP will recommend someone, then I will make the appointment.  Soon, I hope!
