Assuming no contraindications, you might try wild yam supplement CBC, to treat hot flashes etc and menopausal symptoms.

Yes, could be, but I've never slept well.

I will not take Ritalin when too tired or too stressed. Hate the effect it then has. When just tired, or just stressed, and with the brain busy all over the place, Ritalin works well for me. When too tired or too stressed it works counterproductive, jittery in body and mind.
