  Some of the best Youtube audio tracks of my favorite songs are missing.  I assume the
  posters have deleted their accounts.  I've been fooled by "Alien 3" soundtrack videos that
  turn out to be from some stupid associated video game, not the movie.
 
  I love that soundtrack.  This sucks.  :(

  My freezer is getting crowded by all the foil-wrapped packages of food-related trash I'm storing

I thought my OGG player was FAT32 file system. It's not, it's FAT16 which is so obsolete it needs windows XP to recognize it. That means that because I don't want to mess with a simulator I have to haul out one of my XP machines to read and write to it. Neither machine has music on it, which means that I have to get music on the machine I use or dig up my portable hard drive - either the one I have now which is unlikely to have music, or the one that I lent to Py when hers failed. I could also yank the hard drive from the dead HP notebook which had iTunes, but I am not sure where the enclosure is. I guess I could hardwire the XP machine to the network and read the music from there. Otherwise I'd have to find the driver for its wireless card or buy a dongle. I have one but I am quite sure it's bluetooth and not wireless.

I am particularly fond of this player because it uses a AAA battery instead of needing to plug in to recharge. That means that I never have to send an arm and a leg away to timbuktu for a battery and disassemble the player to install it. I have three legacy Mp3 players waiting for batteries. This one was good to go when I found it since there's already (ancient) music on it.

FAT16 is the single most useless file system out there.
