I wrote about my stress somewhere, how my dentist was the one to refer me to a stress management class after the shrinks, GPs and whatnot all still are thinking about what to do to help me.

Distant low frequency sounds are a nuisance to my brain and ears. It hurts. The hissing of the water cooling that is being used, I can almost filter out. The low frequency thing I cannot.

Recently I've been having constant ringing in my ears. I think that still better than actual sounds to filter out.
