I hate the stuff I have to currently deal with at work, the toolset is fragile and there isn't proper support and the developers are in another country so they're out of touch with what's breaking on a day-to-day level. If I go to you for help, the issue should be fixing what is broken, not whether you believe me or not that anything could possibly be broken.

The cable TV is having AV sync issues bad enough on some channels it's unwatchable for me my wife doesn't seem to mind though
