Went to get tires and an alignment on the van only to find out they did not properly seat the upper ball joints when they were replaced 5 months ago I will be calling them tomorrow :grrr:

Brought 2 computers in for work.  One hard drive is almost terminal.  The other computer is virus free and protected.  However, word processor, spreadsheet applications and games are gone.

Queen vic, just DOD-wipe the drive of the 'terminal' one, using Darik's boot and nuke. That does a multiple-pass random bit overwrite, sector by sector, including free space, then reinstall your OS from there.

New insurance kicked in and I pay full price for meds though it comes out the deductible it was $55 for generic Adderall verses $5 last month

Even if I knew what you are saying, I'm not sure it will revive a dying hard drive.  I just want to poke around a bit. (Odeon shudders at the thought  :zombiefuck:)
