That is about what is advised. Just avoid anything that might make the blood run faster.

I have cut down on chili peppers a bit, and I am very careful with the sun. Not going to skip hot and cold drinks, hot and cold weather, or any other thing or action that can make me flush or blush.
Not ready yet to give up life.
