Outside unit was supposed to die 2+ years ago, think this summer might be the clincher, the noise level has definitely increased.I have a couple of them too and have been debating whether I want to dig them out or notMom loved them, she bought 3 of those EdenPure's, 1 for upstairs, 1 for downstairs, and a spare. I think they're overpriced, but they do work well. What I really want is a wood burning stove, I figure I could cut our heating bill in half at least and it would be good for days like this but we would loose a window and some space in the living room putting it inI'd love one in the basement. What I'd really like is one of those outdoor ones.Couple people have them around here, they are awesome. Overkill for this little house though probably. There's a guy that has one and heats a few trailers with it...they're all chained in to it.

My jaw is sore from the dental appointment. It's hard to open my mouth wide enough to get food in.

I hate watching things die. Watched my sister die a few years ago and this morning watched one of our niblets die. They are part feral kittens 10 days old today. I have deluded myself into thinking that they feel better with someone there.

Finger still hurts.
