The server is very slow today. Could be my ISP's DNS, though, but I can't be bothered to see if that is the case just yet. I'm only on my second cup.

It was slow, and then it totally shut me out, when I was trying to spam a page.

Good to see it is back now.

I talked to Hostgator and they confirmed that there was a problem with the server. They seem to have solved it.

Well, I had to give up because the server just wouldn't respond at all.

  If the yelling continues, if I feel personally threatened, I will complain to the landlords.  But for now, I need to calm down a bit.
  I really don't want to get into a confrontation with this guy, so going into rages over the noise and smoke isn't helping me.
  I am talking to a friend of mine (professional career counselor) about possible options for new jobs with better money.
  That gives me hope and is a lot more constructive than hating an inconsiderate neighbor who, in his defense, is not
  deliberately antagonizing me and probably has no clue that I'm afraid of him and enraged with him.  Some of that fear and rage
   is my old past baggage to deal with.  I'm working this weekend with my work buddy who is a happy, energizing person.
   I feel better today and I am going to use the irritations of apartment living to motivate me to find a better life.

Rebuilding the (2 block high) cinder block wall that is falling over in the back yard, bottom layer just sunk into the clay after about 20+ years and started leaning. Thought we put down a base, doesn't appear that way.

Those suckers are heavy when they're packed full of mud/clay. I remember unloading two pickup loads full like they were nothing when I was 16?...definitely not 16 anymore.
