The heat at the AA meeting last night wasn't.  Everyone wore their hats, gloves and coats.  Except me - I had a sweat shirt and short pants, never again.  Temp was less than 40 degrees in there.

In a meeting at work, I doodled in the back of my notepad, something like "Intellectual guys who try to poke logical holes in mysticism bore the shit out of me." The guy sitting beside me leaned over and saw it. Now he's trying to corral me for philosophical mutual masturbation debate, apparently so he can prove to me that he does not fit my criteria for boredom.

Ibuprofen does nothing, but, paracetamol takes the edge of it. Nothing more than that, but, it does make a difference.
