Do we have to have a different song for each category?

I dunno, but it would be an interesting take on the challenge to post the same song in different catgories!   :orly:
"I'm finding a lot of things funny lately, but I don't think they are."
--- Ripley, Alien Resurrection

"We are grateful for the time we have been given."
--- Edward Walker, The Village

People forget.
--- The Who, "Eminence Front"

Mandy - Barry Manilow

That's hiliarious. I love Barry Manilow. Have several of his albums, including that one

Day 4: Song that makes me sad. First dance song at my wedding. It's the lyrics that make me sad because looking back, I'm the only one who saw any value in them.

Day 5: This song reminds me of an old friend of mine. (P.W. or foetsy as some called him)
We both were big Hendrix fans at the time. Wonder how he's doing this day and age. Hope OK.

Day 3. This song makes me happy
because it takes me back to the summer of 1980,
when I was 14. It makes me feel young.   :happydance:

Day 2

Not sure why but this one always seems to piss me off

Day 05: This song reminds me of my Mum. She used to sing/dance to music while she cleaned the house and this was one of her favourites. :green:

Day 01 – Your favorite song

you mean like..... of all time ?

I had to really think about it. If I ad to pick one song, it's

"adrenochrome" by the Sisters of Mercy

We’ll turn away in a passive decision
We’ll take the steps through the unmarked door
A look back for another collision
But the boys of the spires
Are boys no more

Not black and red boys
Frightened by the night
By the catholic monochrome
The catholic girls now
Stark in their dark and white
Dread in monochrome
The sisters of mercy
High tide
Wide eyed
Sped on adrenochrome
For the sisters of mercy
Filled with
Panic in their eyes
Rise
Dead on adrenochrome

We had the power
We had the space
We had a sense of time and place
We knew the words
We knew the score
We knew what we were fighting for
For the freedom
The time to choose
But time to think
Is time to lose
The signals clash
And disappear
The shade too loud
And the sound unclear
For the

High tide
Wide eyed
Dread in monochrome
Denied in spite
Disliked in monochrome
Panic in their eyes
Rise
Dead and monochrome
The sisters of mercy
Spite
On adrenochrome
