There's an old Gouda, nice in flavour, with some salt crystals in it. Very intense flavour.

The old Gouda is really good indeed.

There used to be a seller on the market selling four year old Gouda. That was like a dream come true. So absolutely awesome. A very thin slice, thin enough to be transparent, placed on the tongue just was heaven.
