  I went ice skating a few times as a child, nothing fancy but I did get pretty good at staying upright!
  As for luge, I suppose the closest I've come has been tobogganing, I think I could do it.  I certainly have the ballast.  ;)

New suggestion, to boost both health and postcount.

A 20-10 regime with exercises and posting.

Something to build up over time of course. Starting with a 20 minute post, 5 minute exercise schedule.
Cooling down and warming up count as exercise too.

In a few weeks this can be made more challenging.

Think how fit a postwhoring champion you will be.
