I would have said book every time a few years ago. But now i suffer eye strain too easily and too often , it's much easier to lie there watching TV,  because I can do that wthout my glassses on. and I ccan shut my eyes and just listen for a minute ... or possibly  all night  (having unintentionally dropped off to sleep) . Now that I'm watching TV more and reading less, I don't break my glasses by rolling on them in my sleep so often as I used to
But  then there's also Radio 4.  (That's like TV without the pictures)  Ideal ... if there happens to be an  an interesting program on ATM .

Most of the time so without either. But a good dessert is an awesome thing. Half an hour to an hour after dinner.

Coffee or hot chocolate?

Mocha is perfect. If I had to choose one it would be coffee.

definitely gas cos you can turn it straight off when that burning smell hits your nostrils
seriously, electric takes far too long to heat up and cool down.
oh! and i'm with hyke on desserts. starters are too likely to  be some weird acquired taste, to demonstrate  your host's sophisticated palate. . Meh. oops! forgot the question part...ummm :apondering:

Bwahahaha. Had both today. Pain in the head was the worst. So I pick the pain in the arse.

Sitting across someone in the train who is picking his nose or someone who is scratching his nuts.

Haven't encountered both in a long time.. okay, have not been traveling by train for a couple of years either.. but I choose the scratching of nuts here. Iz just shrug and continue reading my paper or book, I think. Ignore the mother fucker.

Hmph. I found my way back into this thread, because, according to the karma, there is good advice to be found in the post above.

:apondering: ignore the guy who is scratching his nuts? Huh, OK, gottit.

more pertinent advice might be: ignore the guy who is ignoring the guy who is scratching his nuts, if you're dairy intolerant,  cos you're gonna have a hard time choosing between two different cheeses... and you could probably do without wondering why the nuts reminded him of cheese  :autism:

further good advice: just ignore the dairy intolerant eejit, posting here,  and answer the post above.

(ye gods, i'm a veritable fount of wisdom today   :green: :autism:)

^ Hee hee.. albeit forgetting to post a new 'this or that?'.  :green:

(no worries)

I'd pick pecorino. In my opinion a way nicer tasting cheese. Oh, and I opted 'over pizza' above but I meant over a pasta dish

Btw, pecorino is made from the milk of sheep.

Can someone who is diary intolerant eat cheese made from sheep's milk?

Yes or no?

Yes! Someone who is diary intolerant can eat anything that isn't inscribed with a real-life first-person story.

I dunno if somebody who's dairy intolerant could, but I don't really care.  I said  ""Bugger it" went fully vegan, when Life flung that one at me  :green:

And Now I will perform  my sacred duty and post a this or that question of my own:

Bullshit or horse shit?
