Duke, just take a history tour through your own posts.

You can be lashing out with no reason, and react butt-hurt when people don't cheer you for it.
And then you change for a while, looking a lot more stable, interacting, and likeable. And, all of a sudden, you go on a lashing out frenzy again, getting only worse, when people don't cheer you for going on that frenzy.

It's a pattern, and you are smart enough to see it for yourself, if you will take the time to go through your own posts. You don't need to ask us to do that for you.
