Should prostitution be legalised?

What about fuck-ugly socially-retarded guys who can't get laid? Should they have the right to visit a prostitute?

I think it should be legalised and regulated

Obviously more should be done to stop girls being forced into it, but if it is their choice then I don't see how we should stop them

Yes it should be legalised and therefore regulated.

Prostitution is an honourable profession if it is managed like any other business. I see nothing sordid in prostitution as long as women and men are not forced in to it. If you legalise it and revenue is generated, their will be a wage or salary attached to it which lessens the attraction for people smugglers who currently are able to sell people to the highest bidder.

Make it legal - improves market competition- less attractive to criminals.

I guess you could say the same about drugs........but that is another story.

Just my 2 cents.

Of course I think it should be legal. Prostitution will never go away. At least if it's legal it's a lot safer for everyone involved, and it's hopefully taken out of the hands of the criminals who currentl control it.

Bring it into the brothels where it can be regulated run like any normal business. Considering it's the 'oldest profession', run properly there shouldn't be any problems.

It's the pimps operating from crooked sleazy locations that are 'fucking' not only the pros, but the Johns as well. Get rid of those pricks, then put the pros on salary & wage and things will improve a hell of a lot.

Apparently there was a brothel or massage parlour in Melbourne called the 'Daily Planet'.  :lol:

Hell, maybe if Alex Plank started one up he could call it Wrong Planet as well. Then he would be able to get people fucked IRL instead of just on his forum.  :evillaugh:

Hey steve-o, what are your rules and regs down there? We have to have our legal brothels in industrial areas and rego for the business alone costs around $250000.(Queensland)

My fiance and I looked into it when we were thinking of business ideas. If I had the cash and it became a bit easier to set up, I would do it in a heartbeat. I reckon I would make a good Madam!!!!! :zoinks:

Legalize it, establish certain health & welfare standards for it to lessen the potential for transmitted diseases and protect the ones who choose to provide the services from being physically abused and neglected.

Honestly I think if it was done right it has the potential to possibly lessen the rape or sex related crime statistics, and drive alot of business into an area.
