I made carrot cake at work last week, we served it yesterday, and it was absolutely delicious!
It wasn't my recipe, but it wasn't from a box either. So I did OK!  :laugh:

I'm starting to be able to do the things I used to do before I got sick which feels good. It still wipes me out but I feel more productive which makes me happier.

And this is the part where I have to be sure not to screw it up and do too much before my body is completely healed. That's what I usually do :P I have an appt with the Respirologist the middle of December to get the all clear.  :thumbup:
