As an evening snack I'm eating a couple of Swedish rusks with some tzatziki on them. This, one at the time, over a couple of hours stretch. I like it.

At the moment, I'm slurping some fish stock with, only and simply, some shrimps, some fresh parsley and dill in it. Made the stock yesterday from the two heads and the bones of the whitings (Merlangius merlangus) I had for dinner yestereve.

Ridiculously easy to make (this little souplet) but so frikkin' nice to eat/drink.

Not sure but think Swedish folks call them 'skorpa'.. or skeppsskorpa perhaps.

These hard little teeth breaking buggers. Well, I like 'em.

I use a sundried tomato dressing to spice it up

cause you know chicken tastes like chicken

I've been slightly addicted to a peach/pineapple salsa that Wal-Mart makes.  Not much fruity taste to it, but it's not as acidic as regular salsa.  Would be divine on cream cheese.

Half a kaiserbrötchen with smoked mackerel on it. Nice.

Which, looking at the clock now, is a bit late to eat that.. for ja, it's almost dinner time here.
