As an evening snack I'm eating a cold ham and cheese (plus a couple of thinly chopped rings of a red onion) sandwich. Grilled it earlier this evening.

Just finished slowwwwly melting in my mouth 2 chocolate covered mint patties.

Dinner was a thrown together:
Tri-color spiral pasta
Broccoli flowerets
Red onion
One diced chicken sausage link
Left over meatloaf, crumbled
Alfredo sauce

Atm.. a slice of bread.. with a thin layer of soft goat's cheese, a slice of bacon, some red onion rings, tomato and 'a little turn' of freshly ground bl. pepper..
