Just ate 7 mussels. Well, ate quite a few of them at yestereve's dinner. You know, prepared Dutch/Belgium style.. shortly boiled in beer with chopped up leek, onion, carrot and some dried herbs in the pan. Served with sauce ravigote, baguette, herb butter and a simple salad. Th'it.
Well, leftover 7 I seasoned and put through some flour and fried them. Nice.
