Kayleigh had crisps yesterday. All gone now. What are your favourite flavours of crisps?

I found the most amazing peaches today and my daughter and I made a peach pie.
I have been wanting a fresh pie for some time.
We have made freezer fruit pies (which my wife is TEH Master) a few times, but this is a fresh fruit pie.

We just sort of followed the "allrecipies" page for a peach pie.

It came out great!!!  Mostly my daughter to thank for her clever baking efforts. I guided some to keep her from losing sight of the goal, but she got it done!

DAMN! It's awesome!

BTW, in my experience, the site "allrecipies.com" is the best for various unfamiliar recipes. I recommend them highly for just finding and trying a recipe in preparation of something you may not have a history in cooking.

I have trouble with custards, but my successes are a point of pride.
It is time for plums right now, apples soon.

Plum cobbler was my last baking attempt. It went fast. Must not have been worth a damn.

I just had a cherry tomato, feta cheese and rocket tartlet that I bought from Muffin Break. I thought I'd be really hungry and bought two but I was satisfied after one. Kayleigh ate the other one.
