 Just finished a microwave creation that my daughter has  "perfected"  which resembles a fully equipped southwest style omelet, but it happens in just a few minutes. Even before I could get my grill to temperature to do one on the stovetop, hers is ready to eat and DAMN!!  It's really good.

Just finished a bit ago, actually.

My wife made onion fritters with bratwurst and a sourkraut type dressing made with potato dumplings for lunch.
Reaching back into her heritage it seems.

It was amazing!

Nice. That's what I had for lunch yesterday. I did not have my favorite chili filling, but the generic I found was surprisingly good.

Today was pizza for lunch. I had a non-alcoholic beer with it for the first time in weeks.
I have gotten away from even the "soda pop" beer because it just fills me up and I don't want that full feeling.
