I made my favourite dinner tonight. Roasted potatoes and peppers with chicken. Sometimes I swap the chicken for Italian sausage but I didn't have any.

It is, it is big and airy.
Wikipedia has a picture of it.

It has quite a neutral, but pleasant taste. At kids parties kids often get to decorate theirs with sweet stuff and whipped cream, making their own cake.
