A bastard dish.

Cubed pork and onion, simmered until golden brown, mixed with brown rice, garlic, country sausage gravy, green beans and carrots.  It was CORN - Clean Out Refrigerator Night.

Colby or feta...or a mixture of the two? I mix the two with the spinach and a little green onion...damn...I'm loving this thing, it's like 5 minutes until omelet time.
