Took the meds, so far. Got a check-up, and a good talk. I can keep going on with the Ritalin as I am doing, and I got some mental back-up.

I promised my daughter I would go cycling again today. The walk in the nearby town was quite a lot though. :P

Should not forget to pick up refill later today. Can do that between 15:15 and 17:00.

I did not take my morning or dinner meds.  I'm about to take my night meds.  I rode 2 miles today in 20 minutes and 4 seconds.

Forgot the morning and afternoon meds. Set the alarm to have 4 o clock ritalin.

I do well remembering to take my morning and night meds, but have trouble remembering my dinner meds.  Went to the gym yesterday a.m. and couldn't even ride a half of a mile.  Maybe because it was less than 12 hours since the last gym visit?  :dunno:  Anyway, back to the gym today.
