Left mine at my mother's place. I do have some here, so that's not a problem. I also forgot to bring my sunscreen with me from my trip to her.  :facepalm2:

I took my regular meds as well as some advil for a nasty headache and some sudafed for a sore throat.

 My doc tells me that one more prescription and he will "work me off of the opiates."  Sounds like Cold Turkey to me.  :cbc:

He wants to get me back on Tramadol for the remaining period of my recovery. After one year I will have recovered and only need "maintenance"  after that.

Took the antibiotics, and the methylamphenidate.

Need the latter, certainly during holidays. And, keep getting positive comments on the effect of the former.
