There's bakery here that does a good job baking gluten free and casein free bread that tastes good, but I don't think they are anywhere else.  They donate their spare bread to my daughter's school.

Apparently they take online orders, but shipping costs might be high.

I've been off my medication for over a year. Lexapro didn't do shit for me as far as I could tell.

i am drinking jack daniels and diet coke.  the other night i forgot to.  now i am making up for lost time since the family is asleep.
