Me too actually. Was trying to decide between beer and tramadol as back lubricant - tramadol and a cup of tea it is.  :)

No. Its a synthetic opioid, its less habit forming than morphine so its what they tend to prescribe here as well as codeine. I like codeine too but it makes me too sluggish, and its a bit sickly.
