Aspartame and sucralose are bad news. Just use less natural sugar (fructose, sucrose).

It is very bad for some people it gives me severe headaches and my wife's OBGYN said not to have any when she was pregnant

I know that it gives some people headaches, but it seems to be fine for me.  I used it while I was pregnant and my OB-Gyn never said anything about it to me, but I can see why people might be more concerned for unborn babies since they are sometimes more sensitive to small amounts of things.
